🙋♀️ Internship Opportunity: Customer Service / Client Servicing Assistant Are you an energetic and people-oriented individual looking to gain practical customer service experience in the healthcare and manufacturing industry? We’re offering a paid internship opportunity with real-world exposure in a fast-growing PPE manufacturing company specializing in high-quality face masks for hospitals, clinics, factories, and pharmacies. 📞 What You'll Be Doing:
- Call clients to schedule appointments for our sales manager to introduce our face mask products.
- Follow up with clients after order delivery to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- ✅ MDA License
- ✅ ISO 13485 Certification
- ✅ 99% BFE/PFE Filtration Efficiency
- ✅ ASTM Level 3 and EN14683:2019 Type IIR Standards
- Hands-on customer engagement skills in a real B2B sales environment.
- Experience working in a regulated healthcare manufacturing company.
- Personal coaching and guidance from industry professionals.
- A chance to contribute meaningfully to a high-demand essential industry.
- Students or fresh grads who are confident on the phone and enjoy engaging with people.
- Able to speak basic Malay and English.
- Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
- No prior experience needed – just a willingness to try.
