Job Responsibility
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to identify integration needs for Autocount with third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain integration solutions between Autocount and third-party systems, such as warehouse management systems, RM systems, and other software using C#.
- Work with our team to design integration workflows and data mappings, and create technical specifications.
- Collaborate with third-party API support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the integration.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, plugins, or other integration tools as needed using C#.
- Perform testing and validation of the integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience developing software integrations using C#, API, REST, XML, and other integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including software design, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Autocount desktop applications and various third-party systems, such as warehouse management systems, RM systems, and other software, is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Node.js, Express, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
