Job Description

1. Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and understand the business issues and data challenges of both the organization and industry.
2. Review and refine requirements, business processes, and recommendations for proposed solutions or explore alternative solutions.
3. Lead the enforcement of project deadlines and oversee testing efforts, coordinating with testers and various departments to test and validate new applications and functions.
4. Ensure that enhancements, change requests, and issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved promptly.
5. Manage large, diverse teams across multiple locations and time zones.
6. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.

The Successful Applicant

1. Required technical certification in Project Management Methodology, SDLC, Vendor Management, ITSM, ITIL, or Process Improvement.
2. Preferred Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3. In-depth experience in Planning & Forecasting, Process & Automation, Industry Trends, and Project Management.
4. A minimum of 6 to 8+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in Project Management in managerial or supervisory roles.
