Your Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Oversight:

The Head of Delivery is responsible for ensuring that projects are effectively managed from start to finish. This includes supervising regional representatives, project managers, and teams, tracking project schedules, and ensuring that all deliverables meet established quality standards.

2. Resource Allocation:

Successful project execution relies on the strategic allocation of both human and material resources. The Head of Delivery must possess a thorough understanding of team members across all regions and product delivery managers to ensure optimal project delivery.

3. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

A crucial aspect of this role is fostering and sustaining robust client relationships. The Head of Delivery acts as a key point of contact between the client and the delivery team, ensuring that client expectations are met and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the project.

Effective risk management is a core component of project management. The Head of Delivery must be adept at identifying potential risks that could affect project timelines or outcomes, and must implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to handle uncertainties effectively.

5. Quality Assurance:

Upholding high-quality standards in project deliverables is essential. The Head of Delivery is tasked with establishing and overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure that all work meets or surpasses client expectations.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Tracking project progress through performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) is crucial. The Head of Delivery is responsible for generating and analyzing reports that offer insights into project performance, facilitating informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 10 years of working experience in the FMCG industry or IT software solution company.
• A dynamic, results-driven personality that thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• A commitment to excellence in all tasks with a professional presence.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management or account management is preferred.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills.
• Capable of conducting meetings and providing marketing insights.
• Graduated with an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in any field.
