Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to user engagement and interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure effective marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about market trends.
• Plan and execute social media events, contests, and giveaways.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with followers and customers.
• Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation.

Job Requirements

• Fresh grads are welcome.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
• Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
