Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)

• To perform day-to-day accounting functions such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger & data entry of accounting system (SQL)
• Responsible for invoicing and payment processing
• Assist to resolve issue internally and externally in regards of accounting issue to ensure the operation run smoothly. 
• Collaborate with auditors for financial reporting and ensure compliance with tax/statutory regulations.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Manage and oversee daily financial operations. 
• Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies.
• Office and administrative responsibilities.

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Required language(s): English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Have experience in preparing full set of account
• Ability to work independently and work in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in accounting systems (SQL is a plus)
• Part time basis, only required to work 3 days a week
