職責：
- 管理複雜的端到端會計流程：
- 總帳帳戶分析
- 資產負債表帳戶調節表
- 負責美國通用會計準則下的會計核算、報告和數據分析以及其他臨時資訊請求。
- 協調月末結算工作
- 確保遵守SOX控制措施
- 與團隊和現場財務人員合作，確保財務報表的準確性和可控性。
- 支持和培訓一位初級同事
- 支援內部和外部審計
- 確保所負責的會計領域內部控制有效。
- 成為推動持續改善的關鍵團隊成員
- 領導並參與分配的項目
- 向站點領導報告工作，以確保良好的服務水平
資格：
- 需3年以上相關工作經驗
- 需持有經濟學學士學位（會計專業優先）。
- 具備美國通用會計準則（US GAAP）或國際財務報告準則（IFRS）知識
- 具備紮實的會計基礎和對財務流程的理解。
- 英語口頭及書面溝通能力優秀
- 熟練使用微軟辦公軟體（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
- 精通資料輸入與管理
- 能夠與利害關係人建立並維持有效的工作關係
- 強烈的行動導向和透過根本原因分析主動識別並解決問題的能力。
- 能夠應對並推動流程變更
- 持續改進的心態
- 在充滿挑戰的情況下保持專業能力
- 能夠指導團隊成員確定工作優先級
- 強烈的責任感
- 最好具備TOPIK 5級或6級的韓語能力。
