Job Description
- SC procurement and administration
- Materials ordering and controlling
- Progress claim and cash flow monitoring
- Overall cost control, final accounts settlement, and other QS functions
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building Quantity/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in construction/property development
- Familiarity with contract administration procedures
