Team Member - Will/Wasiat/Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Member - Will/Wasiat/Estate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and managing matters related to wills, wasiat, trusts, and estate administration. You will work closely with clients, beneficiaries, legal professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of estate planning and administration services while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements. What you will be doing
- Administer and manage matters relating to wills, wasiat, trusts, and estate administration in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, solicitors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate estate administration processes
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to trust and estate matters
- Ensure all work undertaken complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures
- Support the team leader and manager in delivering quality trust and estate administration services in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle client enquiries professionally and provide appropriate guidance on trust, will, wasiat, and estate-related matters
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within stipulated timelines
- Protect the reputation and integrity of the department and the Group through professional and ethical conduct
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in trust administration, estate planning, legal services, banking, or related fields will have an added advantage
- Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity
- Knowledge of wills, wasiat, trusts, estate administration, and relevant regulations will be an added advantage
