Position Title : Operation Director (Die Casting)

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM20,000 - RM30,000

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Die Casting
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of product quality.

• Provide effective leadership to a diverse team of production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and support personnel.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs as needed.

• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Ensure the manufacturing facility complies with all relevant environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve product quality issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.

Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.

• Ensure the manufacturing facility complies with all relevant environmental, health, and safety standards
• Excellent in commercial mind, initiation, self-direction, problem- solving, and achievement orientation.
• Must be self-directed and able to communicate effectively with others section and subordinate in the section.

. Good understanding of P&L/Industry Costing.

Requirement

. Diploma , Degreeor Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Automotive Tools and Die, Die Cast, Material or related

• Have experiences in control Die cast and Production work plan.
• Minimum 10 years' knowledge on production management and Die Casting processes .
• Ability to problem solve.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Regularly communicate with senior management, providing updates on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
• Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve plant performance.
• Reporting to Country Head.
