Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Wenzel Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and pro-active personnel to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, you are welcome to join us !

Job Description:

• Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, aligned with the company's overall objectives, ensuring in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Managing entire employees life cycle from recruitment, onboarding/off-boarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and other HR related matters.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding human resource related issues.
• Fostering a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.
• Liaising with all relevant parties, both internal and external stakeholders.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years and above of related working experience. Preferably in Logistics/Shipping/Transportation industries will be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Fluent in both verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required Skill(s): Proficiency in Microsoft Office or HRIS system.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to exercise discretion and deal with sensitive and confidential information and related documents.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
• Preferably able to start immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
