Job Description

You will play an important role, such as:

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering applications.
• Conducting standard & customized product presentations.
• Addressing customer CBIs and showing how the solution can benefit the customer.
• Conducting product benchmarks to prove our solutions' capabilities.
• Building strong relations with end users and technical/operation managers.
• Conducting after-sales CAD/CAM training to customers.
• Providing timely email, phone, remote access, and on-site technical support.
• Keeping abreast of software & hardware technology.

Job Requirements

Who are we looking for in this role:

• Degree in any engineering field.
• Preferably have experience in using SOLIDWORKS or other 3D CAD systems.
• Preferably have skills in programming and IT-related knowledge such as troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Team player.
