Job Responsibility
- Graduate mechanical engineer will be responsible to carry out the tasks allocated by Project Manager / Director and delegate to the factory operator as instructed.
- Cross check the manufactured machinery with the drawings provided.
- Learn basic knowledge on manufacturing skills and engineering skills to enhance the production of the factory flow.
- Carry installation of work of the machinery that is manufactured by the company. Commissioning the machinery after installation has been completed.
- Read engineering drawing given and arrange work with the factory operator.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
