Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
- Develop and implement a Marketing plan that will embed set strategies and targets in the form of revenue generation and operational key performance indicators (KPI’s) which are aligned with the hospital business direction.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships according to market segmentation and maintain existing business relationships.
- Identify and participate in the development of new products and services, presentations and areas of business activity which will add to the growth, standing or reputation on the local market (community driven).
- Work with the Management and Department Heads in developing the contents for internal and external communication materials including PR materials, corporate brochures and literature, newsletters, fact sheets, coffee table books, e-blasts, programme books, press releases, video clips, posters and signages.
- Plan and create strategies, tactics, activities and branding materials including digital platforms, for the purpose of conveying the marketing message to target markets.
- Coordinate and implement community outreach programs to build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations and residents.
- Coordinate community events and execute hospital-based events, such as health fairs, seminars, and workshops.
- Coordinate and execute the hospital's social responsibility programs.
- Assist in the maintenance of the hospital's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging hospital-wide.
- Assist the management in public and media relations, marketing and promotional plans and events, publication management and image advertising for the hospital.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Oversee all the hospital wide tour requests. Also work with Customer Relationship Management and Hospitality Services team with the coordination of the hospital wide tour programs, visits and care for international and VIP patients.
- Analyze marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain and report monthly activities and future events.
Education / Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least with 5 years working experience with 3 years supervisory role.
Clinical background will be an added advantage.
Familiar with corporate marketing, corporate wellness and insurers.
Experience in events management and liaising with vendors.
Experience in digital marketing, social media, or public relations.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance.
