- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, partners, and resellers to ensure their satisfaction, retention and resolutions of payment service matters.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to extend reach and drive adoption of our services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and customer service to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- Preferably minimum 7 years of proven experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Malay, English and Chinese.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
