Facility Manager Cafeteria Management

Act as a liaison between the Company and the appointed Cafeteria Operators to ensure the smooth operation of all cafeterias in the Plant. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Plan, coordinate, and organize monthly cafeteria audits, as well as monthly meetings between the Cafeteria Committee and the Cafeteria Operators.
- Conduct quarterly Cafeteria Performance Reviews together with the Cafeteria Committee, and regularly carry out cafeteria satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure cafeteria compliance with local authority and Ministry of Health requirements, and liaise with relevant government bodies on cafeteria related matters.
- Develop and update specifications governing the processes and operations of catering services.
- Lead and implement improvements in cafeteria processes and systems, while managing cafeteria operations, maintenance budget, and expenditures effectively.
- Communicate and update stakeholders in a timely manner regarding any issues, improvements, or changes that require attention.
- Manage feedback and complaints from users and stakeholders, analyze issues, and strategize communication or responses to the respective parties. Provide timely complaint summaries to Site Management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, F&B Management, Food Science, or other relevant fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Procurement, HR) to lead and execute improvement or upgrading initiatives.
- Good understanding of Food and Hygiene Regulations, 5S implementation, Catering Management, kitchen technology, capacity planning, and cafeteria maintenance including pest control and utility management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable improvements, and a passion for engaging with users to enhance cafeteria processes and systems.
