Project Management Executive (Retail Maintenance)

Mainly handle daily maintenance for all properties/stores under group companies.

Responsibilities

• Record and process maintenance issues for all properties under the company.
• Arrange and liaise with contractors/suppliers on all maintenance issues until resolved.
• Actively look for new contractors.
• Carry out periodic inspections and monitor performance of service providers and contractors.
• Work closely with the operations team on daily maintenance and ad-hoc projects.
• Monitor and conduct periodic checks to ensure buildings and equipment such as lifts and air-conditioning are in good condition.
• Liaise with authority departments such as TNB, Syabas, Local Council, etc.
• Monitor and ensure timely renewal of licenses for various equipment.
• Conduct filing and administrative work.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Vocational/Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Experience liaising with contractors is preferred.
• Experience in maintenance issues such as leaking and M&E is preferred.
• Good communication skills; knowing dialects is an advantage.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel to all branches within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work at Putrajaya.
