About the role

The main area of responsibilities for maintenance work are at Value Stream Manufacturing & Packaging Support areas of responsibility are at Store and Facility.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day online and routine maintenance on the equipment in the productions.
• Ensure all the works being carried out are within compliance with all GMP and EHS issues.
• Provide support on maintenance to other lines whenever required.
• Manage tools and spare parts for the equipment.
• Attend meetings related to production and engineering.
• Carry out the PM & PdM in Mechanical and Electrical.
• Attend all machine breakdowns related to PLC, motors, electrical, electronics, and mechanicals.

Scope of Accountability

• To carry out day-to-day online and routine maintenance on the equipment in the productions.
• To ensure all works being carried out are within compliance with all GMP and EHS issues.
• To provide support on maintenance to other lines whenever required.
• To manage tools and spare parts for the equipment.
• To attend meetings related to production and engineering.
• To take care of punches and die maintenance.
• To carry out the PM & PdM in Mechanical and Electrical.
• To attend all machine breakdowns related to PLC, motors, electrical, electronics, and mechanicals.
• Other assignment(s) as deemed necessary by the Line Manager.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical & Electronic/Electrical.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge in PLC programming, sensors, pneumatics, and tooling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on machine maintenance & repairs experience.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and at flexible/tended working hours.

Location – this role is based in: Ulu Kelang, Ampang.

This position is a grade: 10.
