You will make sure stock counts are reliable, incoming and outgoing items are processed fast, and daily routines run without friction so our frontline teams can serve customers well.Your Growth and Impact

• Build operational experience by managing inventory cycles and store receipts to improve stock accuracy.
• Gain hands-on exposure to retail ERP and basic stock reporting to strengthen your technical skills.
• Expand your network across purchasing, delivery, and store teams to learn cross-functional workflows.
• Develop leadership readiness through task ownership and by mentoring junior helpers on safe handling and organisation.

• Perform daily stock checks and regular cycle counts to keep records accurate and discrepancies minimal.
• Receive goods, verify invoices and packing lists, and update stock records in the inventory system.
• Reconcile physical stock with system reports and escalate variances with suggested corrective actions.

• Organise products on shelves and in storage for easy picking and safe handling.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper labelling, and FIFO rotation to reduce expiry and loss.
• Prepare items for dispatch and coordinate timely handover to delivery teams.

• Create basic daily and weekly stock movement reports for the store supervisor and purchasing team.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on short deliveries or damaged goods.
• Assist in stock audits and support improvements to receiving and storage procedures.

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of storekeeping or warehouse experience in retail.
• Experience handling stock for healthcare or fast-moving products is an advantage.
• Available to work core retail hours and assist with occasional stock takes outside normal hours.

• Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for simple reports and data checks.

• Organised and detail oriented, with a clear habit of double checking work to avoid errors.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams respectfully.
• Physically able to lift moderate weights and comfortable working in a busy store environment.
