Position Title: Operation Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM 8000 - RM 15000

Responsibilities:

1) Operational Management: . Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. . Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures. . Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet deadlines while

ensuring optimal utilization of machinery, equipment, and labour.

. Analyse production output and data to identify bottlenecks, resolve production issues, and

implement improvements.

. Prepare and submit production reports to key decision-makers.

2) Quality Assurance:

. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. . Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and waste. . Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality protocols.

3) Team Leadership:

. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and staff. . Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages employee engagement

and teamwork.

. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

4) Cost Management:

. Monitor and analyse production costs to identify areas for improvement. . Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing operations. . Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards.

5) Safety Management:

. Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols. . Conduct safety training and promote a culture of safety awareness among employees. . Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and experience:

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. . Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 10 years in a

managerial / management role.

. Strong leadership and people management skills.
