System Customer Service

_⭐ Priority will be given to candidates based in Perak and candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role involves supporting Mandarin-speaking customers. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented System Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role focuses on assisting customers in using our business software solutions and providing day-to-day system support. What You’ll Do

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, online support, and other communication channels.
• Assist and guide customers on software usage and system functions.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for system-related issues.
• Understand customer issues and provide suitable solutions or guidance.
• Follow up on customer support cases and ensure issues are properly attended to.
• Assist with basic software setup, configuration, and system-related matters.
• Record and update customer enquiries and support information when required.
• Escalate more complicated issues to the relevant technical team.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Learn and understand the company's software products and customers' basic business processes.
• Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• _Candidates based in Perak will be given priority.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates will be given priority, as this role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields.

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Patient and comfortable communicating with different types of customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new software systems.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, business processes, or software systems will be an added advantage.
• Able to understand customer problems and assist in finding suitable solutions.
