- Retail assets across Klang Valley & Peninsula Malaysia
- Leasing plan for a mall in KL
- Leasing administration
- Source new tenants in line with the tenant mix planning
- Develop strategies that will increase occupancy
- Optimise the financial performance: leasing budgets, forecasts & expense controls
- Retail leasing experience with a mall or developer
- Lease administration
- Setting up new departments
- Leasing small teams
- Bringing new brands to Malaysia
- This role reports to a group level head of leasing
- It is the senior leasing role / #1 for the mall (KL)
- You should have 4+ years in leasing previously
