Responsible for executing assignment set by branch offices for business growth. Develop best practices and standard tools to improve operational efficiency, monitor key metrics and develop operational strategies for profitability.

Work Location: Port Klang/Prai/Pasir Gudang/Sabah/Sarawak.

Main Accountabilities

  • Responsible to ensure operations implement right processes and safely execute in cost effective way.
  • To grow the business of his or her department or branch and comply to the target set by Country Manager.
  • Ensure adequate resource to perform daily operations.
  • Address all issues and concerns relating to the field operations.
  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals
  • Ensure company operations are completed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide guidance and ensure proper training is provided to surveyors.
  • Ensure the QHSE is properly executed at branch offices.
  • Liase with finance team and participate in DSO collection.
  • Review job orders and ensure operation is carried in accordance to approved standard or client's requirement.
  • Access and evaluate performance of the staff.

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

  • STPM/Graduate Diploma/Degee from University or equivalent, with a broad international experience in the field of inspection.
  • Successful 7 years' experience of field operations and capability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Well organized, methodical, accurate, flexible, benefiting of several years of experience in execution of inspection orders.
  • Should be able to lead the team.
  • Mobile and willing to relocate.
  • Good knowledge of the various Cotecna products and services.
  • Has a strong commercial awareness, understand business and customer expectations.
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of the techniques of a business support services company.
  • Have excellent communication skills , both in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
