Role Description The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam, supporting the sales team in promoting Blueshark's EV and sustainable mobility solutions. This position involves assisting customers in the showroom, responding to inquiries, and providing product information to ensure a positive customer experience. The Sales Assistant will help prepare sales materials, maintain organized records of leads and customer interactions, and support order processing and documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, updating basic sales reports, and ensuring the showroom is presentable and aligned with brand standards. The role also requires actively engaging with potential customers, participating in promotional activities, and providing feedback from the market to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing competencies, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, to engage professionally with diverse clients.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain product features clearly and support sales presentations.
- Foundational Sales skills and an interest in developing sales techniques within the EV and sustainable mobility sector.
- Good Organization Skills to manage documentation, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools for reports and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, collaborate with a team, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in retail, automotive, or technology sales support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification; relevant training or coursework in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
