Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Sales team to schedule meetings, track sales activities, and prepare necessary documents.
Manage calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments for executives, ensuring optimal time management.
Coordinate and maintain office operations, including ordering and managing supplies and equipment.
Respond to inquiries and manage communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing expense reports, and maintaining employee records.
Coordinate with the Technical team to ensure seamless communication and support for technical projects.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Stay informed of company developments and industry trends to provide relevant support and insights.
Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Requirements:
A degree in any field, with 2-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
