Lead Generation: -Assisting in lead generation activities to attract potential clients or customers. Client Outreach: -Supporting the business development team in reaching out to clients through emails, calls, or meetings. Proposal Development: -Assisting in the development of proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings. Competitor Analysis: -Conducting competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Sales Support: -Providing support to the sales team in achieving their targets. Administrative Support: -Providing general administrative support to the business development team, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Communication Skills: -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues. Analytical Skills: -The ability to analyze market trends, data, and competitor information to identify business opportunities and develop strategies. Interpersonal Skills: -Good interpersonal skills are important for building relationships with clients and colleagues. Teamwork: -The ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments. Problem-Solving Skills: -The ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions to overcome them. Computer Skills: -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adaptability: -The willingness to adapt to changing business environments and requirements. Initiative: -The ability to take initiative and work independently when necessary. Language Skills: -Proficiency in English and other languages such as Mandarin or Malay may be beneficial, depending on clientele.
