Job Responsibility

Franchise Acquisition And Support

• Assist in identifying and approaching potential franchisees, conducting presentations, and supporting them throughout the onboarding process. Maintain ongoing communication to ensure successful franchise operations.

Market Research And Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the robotics education sector. Analyze data to support the development of business strategies and recommend actions to enhance franchise growth.

Marketing And Promotional Activities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that attract new franchisees and drive student enrollment. Assist in creating marketing materials, coordinating events, and managing social media content.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree / diploma/ related experiences in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Communication And Interpersonal Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with potential franchisees, clients, and partners.

Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making processes. Proficiency in using basic office software and RM tools is a plus.
