Internship Recruitment Intern - Immediate Hiring

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a keen interest in human resources, and a proactive approach to learning. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment efforts.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating with new hires.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and assist in interview preparations.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the recruitment team.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn is a plus.
