Job Description

• Maintain the NetSuite configuration and customisations.
• Maintain NetSuite workflows.
• User management, including role management.
• Perform the testing of the 6 monthly NetSuite upgrades.
• Key contact for local Finance teams.
• NetSuite localisation support, including dealing with any localisation vendors.
• Validation of local change requests, including documenting local requirements and escalating requests to Global Finance Process Owners and Global Finance Process Manager.
• Liaison with local IT teams.
• Escalate issues and manage timely resolution with 3rd party vendor support teams where necessary.
• Oversee Global Efficiency Program OperationsforAPAC:
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the Efficiency Programme.
  • Ensure alignment with the program goals prioritizing initiatives with the efficiency owners.
• Facilitate ideation Workshops to keep a strong Pipeline of Work:
• Confirm and Track Time Back to Business (TBB):
  • Take responsibility for confirming and tracking time back to business (TBB) resulting from implemented efficiency initiatives.
  • Follow the tracking system process to accurately capture TBB, ensuring alignment with program targets and providing regular updates to Program Manager, Efficiency Owners, and Stream Leads
• Organize and lead workshops involving key stakeholders to identify potential areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Facilitate discussions to gather input and ideas for efficiency initiatives, ensuring representation from different regions. Collaborate with Efficiency Champions to identify new ideas for the pipeline.

The Successful Applicant

What you will bring:

• Ideally previous experience in Shared Services
• Experience of supporting ERP systems.
• An understanding of financial processes and transactions.
• Experience of managing support tickets / issue resolution to SLA's.
• Experience of capturing and documenting processes and requirements for proposed changes to processes.
• Experience of testing system enhancements.
• Previous experience in a finance role would be an advantage.
• Previous NetSuite experience would be an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to find the root cause of issues raised
• Recognises when support is required from other parties (eg IT teams or 3rd party vendors) to resolve an issue.
• Understands the pressure of month end and the need to resolve issues quickly so there is no impact on finance team reporting results.
• Acts with the highest levels of integrity and treats others with respect.

Performance

• Delivers against set performance targets and proactively seeks ways to exceed performance levels and. customer satisfaction targets.
• Is engaged and demonstrates strong alignment with the organisation's objectives and values.
• Manages resolution of issues that have been passed to other teams (eg internal IT teams or 3rd party vendors) within agreed SLA's

Interpersonal skills

• Articulate, both verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus (Mandarin, Bahasa,… etc.).
• Ability to create good working relationships with finance users, internal IT teams and 3rd party vendors
• Effective and clear communicator.
• Ability to present information to management and 3rd parties in a clear and concise manner.
• Builds relationships across the business and openly shares knowledge and information.
