Job Responsibility ⢠Answering and directing phone calls to relevant person ⢠Properly develop and maintain a filing system ⢠Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, postage, scanning, labelling etc. ⢠Submit and reconcile expense reports to ensure completeness and accuracy ⢠Checking and maintaining inventory movements and reports ⢠Prepare customer quotation with accurate pricing and product ⢠Prepare and monitor purchase order, delivery note, sales invoices ⢠Data entry in accounting system ⢠Generate monthly customer statement of accounts ⢠Sorting, monitoring and mailing customer invoices ⢠Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner ⢠Provide ad-hoc reports and information required by the management as and when necessary ⢠Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed ⢠Monitor and follow up customer collection on monthly basis ⢠Coordinate provision of financial information to external auditors at interim and annual audits Job Requirements
- Required Languange(s) : English, Malay, Mandarin.
