Primary Responsibilities
- Lead & manage QA team (around 30-50 headcount), monitor activities relatedÂtoÂQuality Control & Quality Assurance to ensure the company operations in compliance with regulatory requirement
- Establish, review and continuous improvement for Food safety management system (food regulation/ HACCP/ ISO / HALAL).
- Provide regulatory work advice/support to stakeholders from R&D and production ensure success of product registration and regulatory compliance for various new product development and existing products change management.
- Manage quality and food safety issues, regulatory compliance and quality management system, ensuring the validity of HALAL, GMP and HACCP certifications.
- Periodically review current compliance to company food safety policy and make updates if necessary
- Implementation of Halal and HACCP certification standards requirement at internal and external auditing level.
- Ensure quality in products analyzing and provide solutions for quality improvements as well as inspection planning and quality auditing.
- Carry out investigation on any non-conformance product and perform necessary corrective actions
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or relevant qualification
- 5+ years related work experience in food manufacturing / FMCG or related industry
- Able to adapt to changes and work in fast-paced environment
Other Information
- 5 days work week
- Salary range between RM10000 - 15000 / monthÂ
