Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to drive our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing engaging content, managing social media activities, and analysing campaign performance to support business growth. You will work closely with the management team and other departments to ensure that marketing initiatives align with the company's business objectives. Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support sales targets, brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, festive marketing activities, and other brand initiatives
• Develop marketing plans and content calendars in line with business priorities and campaign timelines
• Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Develop engaging content strategies, particularly short-form videos, reels, and trend-driven content
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the creation of marketing content, including videos, social media posts, promotional materials, captions, and campaign copy
• Track, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance against established KPIs and business objectives
• Guide and support junior marketing team members to ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution of marketing activities
• Coordinate with Sales, Showroom Operations, Customer Service, Product, and other relevant departments to support business campaigns

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, retail, lifestyle, jewellery, fashion, or consumer-facing industries
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content
• Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and managing social media platforms
• Strong creative thinking, copywriting, content planning, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret marketing data and recommend improvements based on performance results
• Experience coordinating with designers, content creators, influencers, or external marketing agencies
• Good organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate strong accountability for results
• A proactive team player with the confidence to contribute ideas and work closely with management
