Job Responsibility
- Computer literate â will be required to ensure all retail sales data are up to date and assist in all administration duties.
- Welcome and greet customers
- Tracking of customer items from sales order to collection of items
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Ascertain customersâ needs and wants to recommending items that match customer needs
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
- Minimum possess Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in customer service or retail industry.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin would be highly regarded.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Proven working experience in retail sales will be an added advantage.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Candidates must be comfortable with a work schedule to meet the needs of the business including weekends and holidays, 6 days per week.
