Telephone Interviewer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Surveys: Utilize CATI software (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewer) to conduct telephone surveys with respondents.
• Follow Script: Adhere strictly to the provided script to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection.
• Data Recording: Accurately record respondents' answers into the CATI system. 
  

Requirements:

• Home Environment: Must be able to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment, preferably in a separate room.
• Own Device: Must own a desktop or laptop running Windows 10, equipped with a wired headset and a functional microphone.
• Internet Connection: Must have a reliable Wi-Fi connection with strong connectivity to ensure uninterrupted work.
