Your area of responsibility:
- To assemble modules according to technical documents using provided assembly tools
- To perform quality checks on own and other staff's assembled modules
- To drive quality topics, practice quality awareness, and ensure quality is a top priority
- To troubleshoot modules in test stations or machines
- To be responsible for production hour bookings (BDE) and productivity of self and staff
- To maintain housekeeping of work area and assembly in general
- To develop and maintain standardized work instructions
- To complete assembly reporting and paperwork
- To attend quality, machine planning, and organizational meetings when required
- To handle tooling machines when necessary
- To mentor new staff, trainees, and part-timers
- To follow up on purchase and precision parts required for assembly
- To assist in creating procedural documents (SOP/OPL)
- To perform hands-on assembly when required
- To lead improvement activities for quality, delivery, cost, and safety objectives
- To propose practical design solutions for ergonomics problems

- Your Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics
- Your proficiency in MS Office applications
- Your product knowledge
- Your planning, organizing, communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Your proactive and resourceful nature with a sense of urgency
- Your fluency in verbal and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Your ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Your self-motivation and ability to motivate others
