Job Responsibility
- Managing customer order systems & agent systems.
- Wrapping products according to customer orders.
- Organizing packaging for courier delivery.
- Ensuring all orders are handled quickly, efficiently, and properly.
- Planning stock purchases to ensure sufficient inventory.
- Managing incoming and outgoing stock.
- Ensuring the workplace in the operations department is orderly.
- Responsible for resolving all order issues by Entrepreneurs or Agents.
- Ensuring no Double Orders or other errors are made by Entrepreneurs or Agents.
- Sending daily parcel & inventory reports.
- Updating the stock count in the order system.
- Creating new products and managing stock in and out of the order system.
- Updating Tracking Numbers in the System & Telegram Group every day after all orders are picked up by the courier.
- Providing memos if there are delays, challenges that prevent orders from being processed.
- Ensuring all orders are processed properly.
- Liaising and communicating well with courier services if there are missing, delayed, or lost parcels.
- Maintaining productivity and schedules set by Management.
- Providing work reports as requested by Management.
- Adhering to SOPs set by the company.
- Performing other relevant and reasonable duties within the scope of the position offered.
- Completing tasks directed by Management.
- Meeting daily targets set by Management for the Operations department.
- Aged 25 to 33 years old.
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Proficient in using systems and MS Excel.
