SUPERMARKET EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for achievement of sales budget of assigned section, managing and ordering stocks.
- Responsible for operation of the department, stocks arrangement, stocks display, stocks quality and stocks management.
- To support Supermarket Manager in planning and execution of projects assigned by the company.
- To collaborate with Supermarket Manager in managing good inventory and maximizing profitability.
- Lead and coach the team in the department from Sales Assistant post to Supervisor. Communicate and work together with Merchandising in discussing promotion stocks, stocks allocation, and promotional area at the store.
- To maintain quality product levels, expiring, and promotion items.
- To comply with the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Directs and manages all functions and activities of the Section. Helps to manage labor costs and reduce losses.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Supermarket.
- Able to work by shift, weekends, and holidays.
- Leadership skills.
Academy Requirements:
- Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related fields.
- Stock management & operation management are added advantages.
