Job Responsibility
- The main responsibilities are to do middleman trading of domains & websites and customer service with buyer and seller.
- Foster and nurture robust client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Compile regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to achieve and surpass targets.
- Contribute valuable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and industry experts, expanding our network for strategic business growth.
- Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, fostering a dynamic and diverse work environment.
- Proficient in office software applications with a swift typing speed.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think creatively, and solve problems effectively.
