RGM Data Modeler

As a global dairy leader, we are transforming how we manage value across pricing, promotions, trade spend, and profitability. We seek a Senior Data Modeler with strong RGM expertise to design scalable, governed data models that power commercial insights across 20+ markets. You will bridge business and technology, helping build the 'Commercial Brain' of our retail business and enabling a Unified RGM Engine that supports future AI-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of conceptual, logical, and physical data models across Revenue Growth Management (RGM) domains, including Pricing, Promotions, Trade Spend, Gross-to-Net, Customer Profitability, and Revenue/Margin Analytics.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reusable data models that enable commercial analytics and decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Technology teams to deliver high-impact RGM data solutions.
• Own enterprise RGM data models, business definitions, and modeling standards, ensuring consistency across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data models on Azure, Databricks, and modern Lakehouse architectures.
• Guide SQL-based data transformations and ETL/ELT development, promoting modular and reusable design.
• Drive data governance by defining data quality standards, ensuring metric consistency, and supporting data lineage and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling, data warehousing, or data architecture, with hands-on experience designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, dimensional modeling, and modern data platforms, with experience in Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, or similar cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Experience working with commercial or Revenue Growth Management (RGM) domains, such as Pricing, Promotions, Trade Spend, Gross-to-Net, Customer Profitability, or Sales Analytics, is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
