Remuneration: basic + bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Sales Manager for all sales related work such as quotation/reply to customer enquiries
2. Identify the optimum process solution technically and commercially
3. Preparing quotation, process mass balance, machinery/project costing for Sales Manager
4. Coordinating with draftsman on layout and PI-Diagram
5. Constantly updating machinery costing by following up on completed projects
6. Assist Sales Manager on submission of public tender documents
7. Assist Sales Manager on preparation of sales contracts
8. Preparation of technical and commercial documents
9. Translation of documents (English and Chinese)
10. Support sales events and exhibitions in the Asia Region
11. Generate reports on sales performance, develop/revise sales strategy to optimize sales performance
12. Assist the Project Manager on project management roles
13. Assist the Project Manager on preparation of project documentation

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in chemical or mechanical engineering
2. Fresh Graduate/ Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in related field
3. Proficiency in English/Chinese — written and spoken
4. Proficiency in Math and Engineering
5. Good communication skills
6. Willing to travel
7. Able to work with minimum supervision
8. Added advantage: leadership ability to lead a technical sales team
