Job Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Station at Raub Pahang office and sites
- Every 2 or 4 weeks may need to come back to KL Head Office for meeting.
- Collaborate with project directors, engineers, contractors/subcons and other related project team parties to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, ensure compliance with construction drawing & specifications and compliance to authorities regulations (CIDB, JKKP, KPKT and etc)
- Urgent work may require some weekend attendance if necessary.
- Update regularly weekly or fortnightly site progress reports with photos.
- Prepare and review project documentation including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones and report on progress regularly to management.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues, propose multiple solutions and implementation of solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support the project team in any other tasks as required.
- Training provided to learn using Drone to take site photos and videos to update site progress reports or relevant reports.
- Training to be provided for Qlassic Quality Assessment which will be applied in the job scope.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and or Construction Management,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
- Preferable qualified Inspector of Work (IOW)
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive approach.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Willingness to work extra hours to learn quickly and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Competitive Salary: Salary range of RM3500 - RM5000
