- Acquire and activate car workshop partners to grow the company's business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop partners to keep them active promoting Direct Lending’s solutions
- Help identify new business opportunities that will deliver win-win solutions for car workshop, car owners and the company
- Work closely with the marketing, credit, product development and technology team to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
- Assist in negotiating and closing business deals
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development, account management or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for the business.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willingness to travel within peninsula Malaysia for visiting workshops, client meetings and industry events.
