About the Role We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and energetic Marketing and Content Creation Intern to join our team at Baron and Co—Malaysia’s First Multi-Label Organic Baby Home Concept Store. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to execute exciting campaigns for premier organic baby brands (such as Hamako and Purebaby), produce engaging social media content, and assist with boutique marketing operations at KLGCC Mall. Key Responsibilities (Job Scope) -Content Creation and Social Media Assistance:
- Shoot and edit dynamic short-form videos (Reels / TikTok) and lifestyle photography featuring our organic baby collections, bedframes/mattresses, and nursery setups.
- Draft engaging social media copy and promotional captions following our brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Assist in preparing content briefs, editorial submission drafts, and visual collateral for digital campaigns.
- Travel to our flagship boutique at KLGCC Mall to execute visual merchandising updates, shoot new arrivals, and assist with promotional materials.
- Provide hands-on coordination and logistics support for ground events, pop-ups, and CSR activations (e.g., brand collaborations, media launches).
- Assist in monitoring social media ad performance, customer queries, and online platform listings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (PR agencies, print suppliers) for marketing collaterals and POS materials.
- Perform market research on current baby/parenting industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in tracking monthly marketing Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports and campaign metrics.
- Hands-on experience managing premium international luxury and organic brands.
- Direct mentorship from experienced marketing leaders.
- Monthly Internship Allowance.
- Flexible and supportive working environment.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must possess own transport (Car / Motorcycle) with a valid driving license (essential for travelling between office, KLGCC Mall, and event venues).
- Proficiency in basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Passionate about social media trends, lifestyle branding, and visual storytelling.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Self-motivated, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when deployed on location.
