Job Responsibility The Assistant ID Software Tutor will support students in their academic journey, focusing on grading assignments, providing technical support for Interior Design software, and collaborating with the software department to resolve issues. The role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of Interior Design principles, and the ability to assist during online live classes. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about education and interior design, with a knack for problem-solving and teamwork. Responsibilities Marking and Feedback
- Evaluate and assess student assignments, ensuring that they meet the required standards and objectives.
- Offer detailed feedback on each assignment, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement to help students progress in their learning.
- Provide specific, actionable advice on how students can enhance their work, offering additional resources or strategies when necessary.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries and provide technical support for Interior Design software.
- Address software-related issues and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Work closely with the software department team to identify and resolve technical issues faced by students.
- Create and share demonstration videos to enhance students' learning experience.
- Stay informed about software updates and enhancements.
- Issue notices to students regarding software updates, accompanied by pictures or videos for clarity.
- Share foundational knowledge and insights related to Interior Design, helping students connect software use with practical applications in their field.
- Offer suggestions and guidance on design projects, helping students apply what they have learned to real-world scenarios.
- Support the delivery of Interior Design Software Online Live Classes, ensuring that the sessions run smoothly and that students are engaged and supported throughout.
- Be on hand to resolve any technical issues that arise during live sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to the class.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of Interior Design software and its applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback on student assignments.
- Proficiency in recording and editing demonstration videos.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and updates in Interior Design software.
