About BLU341 BLU341 is a premium travel brand designing high-quality luggage covers for RIMOWA and travel accessories for travellers around the world. We sell globally through our Shopify store and are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our growing Kuala Lumpur team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in influencer marketing, partnerships and e-commerce while working directly with our small team. Work Arrangement
- Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days working from home)
- Office located at Met Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur
- Research and identify suitable influencers across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Conduct influencer outreach via email and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with content creators.
- Coordinate product gifting and campaign logistics.
- Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases.
- Assist with content planning and marketing campaigns.
- Support brand partnerships and promotional activities.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as required.
- Work with a fast-growing international e-commerce brand.
- Gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing and digital marketing.
- Flexible hybrid working arrangement.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating with influencers and partners via email and social media.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
