Job Responsibility Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager / Assistant Manager to oversee B2C sales activities targeting the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe), Food Court (Putra Harmoni), Delivery Sales and Online Sales such as E-commerce platform ( Ansar Mart Online, Shopee, others). The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated market segments. Â Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share within the HORECA, Food Court, and E-commerce sectors.
- Identify key growth opportunities and market trends to optimize sales performance.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segments.
- Proactively seek out potential clients and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
- Sales Execution:
- Implement sales plans and initiatives to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide input and feedback on product development and marketing campaigns based on customer insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2C sales, particularly within the HORECA, Food Court, Sales Delivery and Sales Online such as E-commerce .
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, mobile and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and RM software.
- Proficiency in SocMed, Digital Sales (eg. AI) would be added advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
