Network Security Engineer

Task Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide 2nd level support for network security services deployed in the
Cloud, covering technologies such as Firewalls, web proxies, application
delivery (load balancing), DNS etc.

- Provide incident and problem-solving support for services he or she is
responsible for and liaising with appropriate external vendors to ensure all
services are maintained and operated to set service levels.

- Ensure all changes to the network security infrastructure follow the change
management process ensuring all changes are documented and can be supported
by operations team.

- Ensure all solutions implemented follow the agreed standards.

REQUIREMENTS (Must Have)

- at least 2 years of experience in the field of Telecommunications/Network
and/or Network Security (Firewalls, TCP/IP, IPSec VPN, DNS,
etc.).

- experience with public cloud networking principles (specifically Microsoft
Azure and/or Google) or Cloud Proxy

- very good understanding of at least one of the following Network Security
technologies - Fortinet Firewalls, F5 BIG-IP, IPSec VPN or Web Proxy.

- ability to work independently, prioritize and organize tasks under time and
workload pressure.

- fluent in spoken and written English
