Job Responsibility Preparing Ingredients : Measure and mix ingredients to prepare dough or batter according to recipes or company standards. This involves weighing, sifting, and blending various ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs, yeast, butter, and flavorings. Baking : Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets to bake bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to the correct specifications regarding color, texture, and consistency. Recipe Adherence : Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in product quality and quantities. Pay attention to details such as ingredient measurements, mixing times, and baking temperatures. Quality Control : Inspect finished products for quality, including texture, appearance, and taste. Remove any substandard items and notify supervisors of any issues or deviations from quality standards. Cleaning and Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations. Inventory Management : Assist in monitoring ingredient inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished. Properly store ingredients and finished products to prevent spoilage and minimize waste. Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other bakers, pastry chefs, and kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and ensure smooth workflow in the bakery. Education Job Requirements
- SPM or equivalent preferred.
- No Experience is welcome
- Good verbal communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
- Can work 6 days a week followed by assigned working schedule, including weekends, and holidays.
- Have own transport to come to work on time.
