Role Description:
This is an on-site role for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and managing overall customer service. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in English OR Mandarin OR Both.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply and those who are experienced in customer service or similar role.
