- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in English OR Mandarin OR Both.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply and those who are experienced in customer service or similar role.
