As a member of our family-owned business, you will responsible in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth interactions between our organization and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to customers through various communication channels. As Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Manage tour group operations: Achieve the Monthly Tour Group Sales Target through various strategies such as disseminating in-store promotions, engaging Tour Group Leaders in chat groups, recruiting new Tour Group Leaders for customer database expansion. Execute Tour Group Leaders Incentive programs in compliance with Company Policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Provide prompt and courteous support across various channels via phone, email, or chat including tour groups to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee customer storage and lost items in accordance with MAHB and company regulations and procedures.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints: Manage all customer complaints or feedback, providing suitable solutions or alternatives in a timely manner, regardless of whether they originate from tour groups, online platforms, or walk-ins. Follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain product knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist customers and answer questions accurately.
  • Perform administrative tasks: Manage daily and monthly administrative duties related to sales, commissions, cash handling, data entry, reports including customer & tour group feedback, and other assigned tasks.

What you should bring along

  • A diploma in hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP experience with basic understanding or specific modules is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English. Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Proven sales background with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating tour groups.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including public holidays.
  • A can-do attitude and clear focus on achieving goals within a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
